Benchtop Printhead Tester

The Benchtop Printhead Tester is a device to test printheads for their quality in comparison to the behaviour and the volume of the ink and in comparison to the substrate.

The Benchtop Printhead Tester tests every possible inkjet printhead for ink:

• How big is the drop of ink?
• Which way is it going from the printhead to the substrate?
• How fast is it going from the printhead to the substrate?

The behaviour of the ink in comparison to:

The Benchtop Printhead Tester is designed for industrial use, especially for the R&D department and for production of small amounts. For larger volumes, ES International has big testing and measurement devices, appropriate to check and test large volumes at high speed.
